Celebrating Indigenous Creativity at Kintecoying Now: NYC Projection of Body Stories: Menstrual Cycle

On September 12th and 26th, we proudly participated in the Kintecoying Now event in NYC, showcasing our short video Body Stories: Menstrual Cycle. This project sheds light from the perspective of womanhood, exploring our bodies and the menstrual cycle. Through the stages of menstruation, pre-ovulation, ovulation, and pre-menstruation, the video offers a powerful reflection on the physical and emotional changes we experience as women, and invites viewers to connect with this deeply personal yet universal journey.

The reception in NYC was absolutely beautiful! The audience was deeply connected with the performance, displayed on the building wall. It was a magical night, with kind passersby taking a moment to stop and absorb the powerful visuals.
